Thank You for Your Patience
(PLEASE READ)
We understand that recent cancellations may have been frustrating, and we want to take a moment to explain the situation more clearly.
The reality is, when we’re not working, we’re not earning. We don’t want to cancel—we lose income and, right now, with a £2.5k van repair bill hanging over us and no wage coming in, these cancellations hit us hard. We’re currently using a spare van while we wait for our usual van to be repaired, which limits our ability to operate as smoothly as we normally would.
On top of that, we’re dealing with snow and untreated roads—especially on the route to our field and the side streets we drive through all day. We’re making these difficult decisions because, frankly, it’s just not worth the risk to anyone’s safety—ours, yours, or your pets’. Every dog walker covers different areas and has unique schedules, so while some might be able to continue as normal, for us, the situation is much more challenging.
We’ve noticed that some responses to our cancellations haven’t been understanding, which is disheartening, especially when we’re doing our best under difficult circumstances. We truly value all of our customers, and we care deeply about providing the best service possible, but we also have to prioritize safety and practical realities during these tough times.
Thank you to those who have been patient and supportive—it really means a lot to us. We’re working hard to get back to normal as soon as possible and can’t wait to see you and your furry friends again soon!
THANKS
