The fantastic four was in for their groom and teeth clean.. Lily-Grace, Harley, Paisley and Tyra.. They all done so well but Tyra wasn’t so keen on getting her teeth done. Dexter - Cockapoo is usually pretty grumpy while getting groomed,, This was his second visit with us and a huge improvement in his behaviour,, He was so well behaved and happy. 😊🐾🐾❤️

This little cutie is called Skye.. He’s just a pup and recently had a small surgical procedure and his mum wanted him short for his hair to blend in where he was shaved by the vet for his anaesthetic cannula.. He has such a cheeky little face and so cute ❤️🐾🐾

Alfie is such a handsome spaniel 🐾🐾 He’s not long been neutered and his coat changed to more fluffier. Today, we gave Alfie a nice clean trim which made his coat look smooth & shiny ❤️

Lexi was in for her first emmi pet teeth clean today. Her mum was concerned because Lexi doesn’t do well under general anaesthetic to have her teeth cleaned by the vet., She was delighted with the results after one clean 🥰

My precious boy Clyde crossed over to rainbow 🌈 bridge on Tuesday 18th June. He was the love of my life and at 14 years old he had an amazing life ❤️ I will miss him for the rest of my life ❤️

Ultrasonic teeth clean for Lucy who is a 13 year Jack Russell cross.. She’s been coming for several years for regular grooming and this was her first teeth clean and amazing results and Lucy is such a good girl 🦷💕💕

I’ve finally received my letter from the director of the Canine Massage Therapy Centre confirming I have passed my course ⭐️ 🎉🎉 2 years of hard work, studying, many trips to Birmingham for my practicals, Case studies on real dogs with orthopaedic conditions, writing up vet reports on outcomes. 13 big modules on anatomy and physiology and I’m now a canine dog massage therapist. I’m so chuffed 🎉🐾🐶🐾

Tammy’s puppies are doing so well.. We already have a character in the litter at only 2 days old. The big brown boy was the 1st born and he’s so funny how he pushes his way through for a teat 😂😂 Strong healthy pups and Tammy is an amazing mum 🥰❤️🥰

I took today off because it would have been my beautiful boys 11th birthday 🌈🌈 Buddy and Alfie ❤️❤️ I went to the beach with Clyde, Tammy, Harry and Ted to let off balloons for my boys and they ended up getting stuck around my pup Harry 😂 Really cheered up my day and Harry will be 1 year old on Wednesday ❤️

Hope everyone is enjoying the sunshine ☀️ and keeping your precious pups safe 🐶 I’ve enjoyed my day off in the back garden with my fur kids ❤️ They have had a fab time keeping cool in their paddling pool

Maisey was in for a mud mobility bath today and she loved it 🛀🐶 Beautiful smell of peppermint and menthol to ease the muscles and joints along with a 20 minute body massage 💞

Our Story

Precious Paws Dog Grooming offer a full grooming service including bathing, clipping, styling, nails & ears and located in a relaxed home based secure salon and cater for any size of dog. Precious Paws was formed in 2015 and started off as a dog walking/socialising business which my son has now took over that side of the business and he also offers one to one dog training after completing a course through the IMDT and is still very successfully with it and has lots of happy well socialised dogs in his group.

I decided to grow the business and trained to become a dog groomer in 2016 which I completely love and working with dogs is my passion and life. I attend various workshops and seminars run by some of the top grooming stylists and pick up tips during the seminars. I am also completing my OCN grooming diploma through KJG Dog Grooming Academy in Devon with Kelly Gaylor who is an award winning groomer and been in the business a long time.

My background was working in Finance within the oil & gas sector before I started Precious Paws Dog walking and working with dogs has changed my life completely.

I have a BA honours degree and graduated from The Robert Gordon University in 2011 and went to to study small animal care at Aberdeen College full time for 1 year where I learned a lot about canine issues and how to deal with them, such as health & disease, canine first aid, anatomy of the dog and many more....
