I’ve had quite a few no shows lately with people forgetting to put the appointment in their diary/calendar/phone.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE when I confirm the booking can you take a note of it.
If you no show payment for that appointment has to be made in full before a another appointment can be made.
also just a reminder the cancellation policy is 48hrs before or 50% of the groom is charged.

I’m back open on Wednesday the 6th of January. Looks like this time round I’m able to open in tier 4 following certain guidelines. So really good news 😊 🐶

We are still in lockdown in Scotland so just need to stick with it at the moment.
I’m hoping the next review on the 28th will bring better news as the R number should be down a bit more by then. So fingers crossed I can open that weekend 🤞
Over the next 2 weeks I will get the shop ready to meet all the measures I must have in place before I can open. Social distancing drop offs/pick ups, PPE etc.
On the week of the review I will be in contact with the customers that had appointments with me since back in March onwards. Then we can start getting our furry friends booked back in 🐶
I also want to say I’m still always here for any grooming advice. Please if you are concerned about your dog having overgrown nails or bad matting etc. Please don’t let your dog suffer, please let me know. I’m hoping all dogs nails are fine as they have never been walked so much before in their lives 🤣so this should help file them down, also most people have loads of time on their hands just now so more brushing time to prevent matts 👍

As you are all probably aware that’s lockdown extended so I’m still closed until further notice. I will contact everyone that has appointments with me in the next 3 weeks.
Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any grooming questions for things you can do at home. The best thing I can say is brush, comb and brush all areas of the coat everyday if possible. If your dog happens to get any matts please don’t bath them as this can make them worse.

No shows are killing small businesses. Remember I have bills to pay like everyone else, no showing leaves me short. How would you like it if you turned up to work and your boss said you aren’t being paid today. I am squeezing folk in before Xmas trying to do the best I can so to not bother turning up is an acceptable
