And just like that, our Puppy Foundation class has ended.

Can’t believe how fast it went.

These pups and handlers worked so hard on their training and it truly shows.

Congratulations to Cody, Freddie, Heidi and Poppy on your graduation day.

I want to say special thank you to Stacy and Cody for my gorgeous gift 🥰 it’s truly gorgeous.

Not often we get a non gundog breed, but sweet Daisy came over for a 1-1, what a lovely girl.

We worked on bonding, connection, heel walk and much more.

Daisy who has a sore leg had to take slow, once the handler mentioned how long she been on and off with a sore leg, I remember straight away of my girl Mina, and mentioned about the CT scan we had done to find out what was wrong.

I hope Daisy gets better news than Mina, and she can fully recover.

Was lovely meeting you guys and hope all goes well at your vet visit.

We had another gorgeous GSP visiting us, Heidi came to me to work on her heel walk.

Her handlers were really good, making training Heidi nice and easy.

We had Elke and Asha over for double training, unfortunately I got too caught up on teaching and only took photos of 1 of the dogs (sorry!!)

They are lovely girls and were quick learners.

We worked on steadiness, heel walk and much more.

Working tests are on 😁

Date for your Diary - The Working Test for both Retrievers and Spaniels will take place on Saturday 5th April at Glenericht Estate, near Blairgowrie. Paperwork will be sent out shortly to fully paid up members. Deadline for paying your 2025 subscription is 31st March. What a lovely 1-1 training session with Bear the lab and his handler Dave.

Dave wanted to challenge Bear and encourage him with training that is suitable for his breed, while having a well mannered dog.

We worked on bonding, connection and heel walk with Bear.

They also enjoyed our 1-1 training session so much and asked to join our classes, how lucky for them as that was my last space for the Friday block.

Once again please do help me welcome Dave and Bear to The K9 Camp family , it was great meeting you guys and I am looking forward to see you guys in the training field.

We had the lovely Alice and Wafi for a 1-1 session, Wafi is a very clever boy who is looking to build up his training.

They ventured through the weather to come and train with me at The K9 Camp in Stonehaven.

Alice was looking for a class that can stimulate and use Wafi’s instincts, we worked on steadiness, retrieves, heel walk and much more.

They enjoyed our 1-1 session so much that Wafi have now joined our Beginner Pet Gundog classes.

Please do help me welcome Alice and Wafi to The K9 Camp family , it was great meeting you guys and I am looking forward to see you guys in the training field again. ☺️

I don’t take my dogs normally on my dog walk groups but today was a special day, after taking Mina for her final check up and be giving the unlimited exercise, I went to meet G. With Mina and our clients dogs, I used that time to train her, we worked on heel walk while all the distractions (other dogs) were running about.

Here you can see we were practicing our STAY, dogs were moving, barking and playing, some of them decided to stay also ❤️ and yet she sat there and didn’t moved.

Although she been allowed by the vets to have to build up with off lead exercise, we will be using that 5 min off lead to be building our recall, and not for her to do as she please 😅

To everyone that been following us and helped us, thank you.

My girl can have a happy life, she isn’t allowed to be jumping over things and that will limit her from competing as such, but she can have a better life than I thought she could.

Special thanks to the AVR vets for helping my girl. 🥰

Another fun day of classes, my lovely 2024 Beginner group back on track with their training, to make this 2025 a great one, working hard with their dogs so we can move them to the next level ❤️
