Sorry to have to write this post, but unfortunately over the last few months I have had a lots of people booking in and not showing up, this week alone I have had 6 no shows, with being self employed I lose out in wages and I still have the bills to pay. Due to this I am going to have to:
1- Take a deposit when you book in your dog
2- if no show you are still required to pay for your groom in full
3- if you need to cancel I need 24hours so I have time to fill your spot, if not it will be half the price of the groom
I hope you all understand why I have to go to these measures but I have no option
