Make hay whilst the sun shines - in September?!

Better late than never, the summer has not been kind to us this year for our first go at hay making.

No hay, but all fields cut, baled, and wrapped just in the nic of time and plenty of lovely haylage made!!

Realising the reality of farming - unfortunately, we have been very unlucky - both Connie and Chrissie remained empty (not pregnant) after Worzels 3 month visit with them.

He comes back to us on Friday, where we will give them another shot at becoming piggy parents.

Keep your fingers crossed 🤞.

🐖🐽We've had a new arrival on the farm. 🐖🐽

Meet Worzel, the British lop Boar - kindly on loan to us at Bwlchgwyn.

Hopefully, we'll have the arrival of some cute little piglets in the next 4 months. Keep posted for updates on how we get on.

We are currently offering DIY horse livery spaces - stabled and grass.

But please follow our journey as these novices hope to bring Bwlchgwyn back to a working farm!!!
