We currently have no update on our re-opening of Furrytail Dog Grooming. Jess is receiving treatment and responding to it well.

We are missing your dogs and can't wait to be back in our grooming room pampering them, when Jess is well and recovered.

⚠️IMPORTANT PLEASE READ⚠️

Jess is currently not able to work due to an unexpected and serious illness. We will have to temporarily close Furrytail Dog Grooming until Jess is capable of working again after treatment and recovery time.

We are sorry that we are unable to provide any services for your dogs until further notice, with immediate effect.

Ant will be contacting everyone who has any appointments to cancel them. If you see this post please comment to let us know you are aware your appointments are cancelled, to reduce our admin during this difficult time.

Please keep your dog on their regular grooming schedule with an alternative groomer. We hope to welcome every dog back when Jess is fit to work again.

Regarding deposits paid to secure appointments, you have two options. The first is that we hold your deposit ready for when we are able to reopen and book your dog back in, or the second option is a deposit refund. Deposit refunds will take us a bit of time but can be processed if requested.

We have worked so hard to get Furrytail Dog Grooming to where it is today and are very sad that we have to temporarily close. We value every single client and will miss your dogs in the meantime.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.

Dental health is important for dogs and we believe prevention is better than cure.

We use an ultrasonic dental cleaning toothbrush for dogs. It's silent and motionless, which makes it well tolerated by most dogs.

It really helps with bad breath, removes plaque, tartar and prevents dental decay - breaching the gap between dental home care and the vet. The results really do speak for themselves.

Appointments are available for our ultrasound teeth cleaning or add it onto your dogs groom.

First day back dog grooming after my adventures in The Netherlands but sadly while I was away our Taffy passed away at home with Ant. We had over 15 wonderful years with him. We knew his time was coming to an end with us but it still doesn't prepare you for the feeling of him being no longer here.
