To all our customers whose deposits we are currently holding:
As Jess continues to recover, we unfortunately still don’t have an estimated reopening date. We understand that holding onto your deposit for an extended period isn’t ideal, and we want to ensure we’re being fair to you.
With that in mind, we have decided to return all held deposits. When we reopen, we’ll start fresh with payments. Rest assured, existing customers will still receive priority access to appointments as soon as we’re grooming again.
If we are currently holding your deposit, please send us a private message with your bank details, and we will process your refund. For customers who don’t reach out to us, about their deposits, we will contact you to arrange the refund.
