Please note:
We will be closing on Friday 16th at 5pm and will reopen on Tuesday 20th at 9:30am. This is due to the food festival on Saturday and the Queens funeral on Monday. Orders can still be placed via the website.

Hello everyone
We are classed as an essential supplier and so our opening times and local deliveries are still the same as published below throughout the latest lockdown.
As a reminders here are our Xmas and New Year shop and courier schedules.

COURIER SERVICE.

We are open for walk in and local deliveries

Hey guys.
I think we all agree lockdown can be challenging, difficult,awkward or as our youngest customers say RUBBISH!
What isn’t rubbish though is the fact that if you can’t get out
WE WILL COME TO YOU
yea! Whoop whoop.
Sorry the youngest got the keyboard there for a bit while we were doing grown up things...well ok we were fussing the fluffy wuffy little cutsy one-which as we all know is the most important grown up task thingy to be done everyday.
Anyway, if you need us to deliver just use the comments box on the order. If you pay the delivery quoted for the courier we will refund the relevant difference. Do you know difference auto corrects as dog fence which is kinda relevant in a cosmic way....and a good place to end.
Take home point .....ask and we will come to you.

Hey to all our waggy tailed and furry customers. I know we have seen lots of you during the lockdown and here is a massive thank you for your loyalty.
You’ve been great!

Now that things are being relaxed we just thought we’d remind you that we continue to be open for shop customers from
10-5 Monday to Friday -
4pm Saturdays.

Obviously we have to keep the social distancing measures in place and we will continue to use the service alley serving one at a time.
We are happy to delivery locally too.

We are continuing to send out using the couriers nationwide but, due to those guys being especially busy, we are only sending out Monday to Wednesday.
We are NOT sending out on Thursdays or Fridays currently. Orders placed after the Wednesday cut off will be held over until the following Monday.
Looking forward to seeing you again soon.

Opening times during the Covid-19 lockdown period.

Our store opening times have changed but we are still open for walk in trade and cwtches of the furry ones. We are doing everything we can to respect social distancing guidelines - please help us achieve this by following the signs at the entrance of the store.

Opening times:
MONDAY: Midday – 4pm
TUESDAY TO FRIDAY inclusive: 11am to 2.30pm
SATURDAY: 10am – 2pm

*We are closed bank holidays and Easter weekend including Good Friday.

We are doing local deliveries if that’s of use to you. Simply put your order in online, ask for local delivery in the instructions section. I will then refund the difference between the local charge of £3.00 and the courier rate you will have paid.

Even if the physical shop is closed it’s likely I am about delivering and so feel free to leave a message on facebook, the landline or email and I will catch up with you.

Internet orders using the courier continue to be at your own risk. We will not refund in the event of spoiled or non-delivery. Once again we are happy to chat this through if you leave a message.

We know how important it is to get those waggy and furry ones fed so don’t hesitate to ask. We will try our hardest to make it happen.

We are open for walk in trade during usual hours at the moment. We have safeguarding measures in place so you don’t have to lean, lift, fetch or carry because we will do it all for you. We are doing everything we can to respect social distance guidelines - please help us achieve this by following the signs in store.
We are also doing local deliveries. Ring, email or Facebook for more information.
Internet orders using the courier service is extremely difficult at the moment and parcels will only be sent out at customers own risk. Once again we are happy to chat this through with you.
