NO SHOWS
I’m sorry to have to write this but it’s needed.
We are an appointment based business, we rely on customers to turn up for their appointments.
When we have no shows we are unable to fill that space we then don’t make money and our time is wasted but we still have wages and bills to pay.
This has been happening a lot since reopening in January.
We understand things happen and things change but please try to give us at least 24 hours notice so we can fill the space.
As of today 22/1/2024 these charges will now apply.
1st No Show will require a £15 missed fee to rebook.
2nd No Show will require a £25 missed fee to rebook.
3rd No Show you will no longer be able to book into the salon.
So please be respectful of our time and business by turning up for your appointment.
By missing appointments you’re making a big impact on the business.
