Last week, Alexander Fioravante of Fiora sound held Holistic sound experience sessions at the salon.
I had the opportunity to experience a gong bath with two of my dogs!!
This was an amazing experience and was deeply relaxing for me and my dogs.
The dogs were free at all times and allowed to roam the room if they chose to.
Once Alex started the session, both dogs decided to come over and chill by me, Talulah curled up by my side, and Evie chose to curl up on the bed.
I also found I was able to relax deeply within the space of the sound.
All three of us have benefited from the session and was a lovely way for us to relax and let go of any tension together.
Talulah has been more relaxed and focused on her training since our session and Evie has definitely become more affectionate towards me and her doggy sisters.

I can highly recommend having a gong bath with your dog, it's a great way to enjoy a relaxing time and let go of any tensions and worries you and your dog are carrying.

Can you believe it’s only 15 weeks until Christmas !
Thank you to all of our amazing clients who have supported us so far this year and if you haven’t booked in yet for the Christmas or the rest of the year please get in touch as December is now getting booked . IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR CLIENTS ATTENDING ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY
Rali Ceredigion is on this coming weekend and is being held in Aberystwyth.
Travel into town may take longer than usual and we are led to believe some of the car parks are going to be closed and access to certain roads will be limited at times and inaccessible at others .
The event is on Friday, Saturday and Sunday so if you have an appointment with us on Friday or Saturday please allow extra time for your journey and parking.
Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but we have not been informed by the council about the impact the event may cause on coming to the salon during the days it is being held.
