Today, we celebrate and honour the anxious and reactive dogs who show us what true resilience looks like. Despite the trauma, pain, and fear they've faced, their loyalty, companionship, and unconditional love never waver.
To the owners who walk a , I see you.
It’s a reminder that all these dogs need is a little space and understanding. Let’s recognise and celebrate every dog, from the most confident to the most anxious, because they all bring so much love into our lives. 💛

Today we visited and had a wonderful visit to the stand…. We decided to sponsor both of these beautiful puppies on behalf of our amazing team at KoolKalm K9 …. It’s so amazing how many people are involved in training these incredible puppies, it costs over £50,000 to train these little ones… but it means the world to those on the wait list to gain a new best friend that will change their life…. 🥰🥰🥰

Keep cool in the heat… try to walk before it’s too hot, find shade, limit strenuous activities like ball throwing, avoid hot pavements and if you go for a paddle remember not all dogs are great swimmers!!

For todays post I’d like to shine a light on this gorgeous boy, with kind permission of of owners I have included screenshots of our conversations, the first column is our initial conversation and the second column is from today….
When Creed’s owner first contacted me she was feeling stuck, he was reactive on walks and very strong, they had reached out to behaviour experts but we thought we would see what we can do… He was just anxious and worried so we set about building his confidence… it’s been nearly 6 months and generally he feels so much more confident, we still have the odd outburst but quickly returning to calm… we break for summer together from Thursday but I can’t wait to start again in September and maybe add some new challenges too 🤩🤩

To me each and every one of my dogs are special… so getting holiday pics like this always makes my day!!! All individual and all enjoy different things on their walks… with regular slots from once a week to everyday, we try our best to work around your schedule, training ideas and dogs personal needs 🐾

Did you know?….. with holiday season approaching we are insured to offer drop ins, we can offer holiday cat feeding with a little play, we can pop in and feed your rabbit and top up water etc, we can even check your fish if you need us to…. Busy day with 4 different bespoke private walks…. One older gentleman who needs to take his time, one nervous chap that needs to gain confidence to stop him being reactive, one big guy that needs road walks to desensitise and also boost his confidence and lastly one that needs to hang out with me longer as his owners have new born twins still in hospital….. we do our best to keep your doglets happy and content 🥰🥰

This morning has just been out in shade for the loo and then quietly sitting in the shade…. The quote is definitely circulating social media “A dog has never died from missing a walk but so many do of heat stroke”

It’s looking like a warm one this week, I will do my best to accommodate different walking times and stay in the shade. There is always drinking water available and travel time in the van will be kept to a minimum… if you wish to cancel or change your walk please let me know ☀️🐾☀️

As you all know Rob & I are both massive animal lovers especially of the K9 variety 🐕🐾❤️💙
For the past 7 years we have devoted all our holiday time visiting Spain to volunteer at a very special dog shelter named Los Infiernos Protectora Supporters.
Unfortunately this shelter is totally dilapidated, understaffed and over crowded with dogs & cats. The conditions are heartbreaking, if it wasn’t for the wonderful VOLUNTEERS who I’m proud to call my friends Los Infiernos would be in utter chaos, they are absolutely incredible, they work tirelessly day in day out caring for the dogs & cats to find them their forever homes. 🙏🐕🐾❤️
Raising much needed funds will make such a MASSIVE difference.
Hopefully together we can achieve this.
Please come along and have a great night all for such a special cause.
