APPOINTMENT INFORMATION PLEASE READ.

Hi,

First of all thank you for your patience as we have been experiencing issues with our WhatsApp and booking system causing appointments being deleted and messages being lost.

We are working hard to get everything back to normal however it’s taking some time.

Can I ask that you do not send multiple messages to us and please do not send messages on all social media platforms. We are around 2 weeks behind on messages and when you message again unfortunately this goes to the bottom of the pile taking longer for a response.

We have had an issue with WhatsApp over the last few days and unfortunately lost messages. If you have sent a WhatsApp to us please send again.

We have lots of fb/ig messages, texts and WhatsApp’s to get through due to being off unwell last week. We should hopefully have these all replyed to by the end of this week.

SCOTTISH WATER

UPDATE - water is fixed and we can fo ahead with todays grooms 🎉

Scottish water are having an issue in the ML6 area. They have advised an update will be at 9am. I may have to reschedule your appointment. Please keep your phone at hand incase I call you at short notice.

I have little to no water supply and I have no hot water.

Business update 2024

Happy New Year to all of my wonderful customers and Doggies.

This year Absolutely Labulous will be making necessary changes to the business.

Unfortunately due to personal circumstances I will no longer be able to work the same volume of hours as i have been so the following changes are necessary to allow me to continue providing the best possible service to both my customers and more importantly your dogs.

These following changes will take effect immediately -

Grooming Schedule

I will no longer be accepting dogs that are not on a grooming schedule therefor if your dog is not on a schedule i will no longer be able to provide my service.

Opening Hours

Monday - Tuesday 8am - 8pm
Wednesday -Friday 9am to 5pm
Every second Saturday 8am - 4pm
(Times may vary during busy periods)

Pricing

In previous years I have only increased my prices for certain breeds however there will be new pricing for all breeds for 2024. I will contact each person to discuss your new price soon as this can vary depending on multiple factors.

Terms & Conditions

* Payment should be made by cash payment only. Bank transfer will only be accepted when you have missed an appointment and want to rebook.

* If you do not attend your appointment you will be required to pay the full grooming fee before another appointment can be confirmed.

* Please make sure you provide 24 hour working notice of cancellation or rescheduling appointments. Failure to do so would result in full grooming charge which would need to be paid before a new appointment can be confirmed.

* A reminder that grooming costs can vary depending on coat condition. Any additional charge would be advised prior to collection.

If any of the above changes means that you no longer wish to use my services then i will understand and won’t be offended if you wish to take your dog to another groomer.

Lastly, making the above changes is not something I’ve taken lightly. I have built up an incredible bond with my dogs and customers and making changes that runs the risk of losing them has not been an easy decision but these changes are necessary to allow me to continue providing the best service possible to everyone.
