Edited version, I can’t use this after all, as you all know I’m not taking on new customers as thankfully I have my days full with all your lovely dogs, and if I go live then I have no control over who books an appointment so this isn’t going to work, thank you for all your positivity about me doing this, but the old fashioned pencil and diary it is for now 😂
I’m starting a wee online system called Fresha it’s an app, my hair dresser uses it, I’m quite a dinosaur so may take me a wee while to get used to it, I’m hoping the app will give you a wee reminder about your up coming appointment, and then you confirm, you need to download the app, it stores your bank details but no payment will be taken only at time of grooming and it’s up to you if you pay cash or bank transfer, also at least 24 hours notice is needed to cancel a groom, if not you will be charged 50 percent of the groom, I’m hoping in time you will be able to book your dog in yourself only if that would be more convenient for you, I know some won’t and that’s totally fine, I hope this isn’t too much hassle for you, if it is just let me know

Hello all my lovely clients, I have said this before but I’m really going to start soon and do an online appointment booking system, as I’m terrible at fitting in time for next appointments, obviously all my clients won’t want to do this, and that’s ok as I’ll do those, might take a wee while for me to figure it out ###

Oh my word, how did I not realise before now, this perfume smells amazing it’s exactly like Alien as Luke got me the human perfume for my Christmas, I only have one bottle left though, hopefully get more in soon enough xx

This is a sore one, little Holly who lived until she was 16 said her last goodbyes to her loving family on Saturday. Holly survived cancer, she also had dementia and heart problems but never let that stop her, but she had the best loving family taking care of her and cheering and nursing her along, the most medicine Holly received out of all her medicine was love she had that in bucket fulls.
Her wee sister CeeCee will miss her sooo much just like Holly and CeeCee missed their big brother Bob when it was his turn to said his last goodbyes, dogs are our family and it is so painful when they pass, but the love and memories last our lifetime, but for sure this world is a sadder place without beautiful gentle Holly in it ###

I’m loving all my new spring bandanas, every dog gets one on, all dogs get the full package no added extras on the price, I always try to source the best products for washing and conditioning as there are different shampoos and conditioners depending on coat and skin,
I always give 2 shampoos,
conditioning treatment,
facial wash,
teeth brushed if they allow,
ears cleaned on all dogs
And then of coarse what ever hair style that is required, nails are of coarse added but I think that’s an obvious 😂,
And a spritz of perfume/ aftershave 🐶❤️

and lots of kisses and cuddles, 💕❤️💕💕🐶

I’m only stating this as I’ve heard over groomers add these things on with added price, i would never like to do that as I would feel I am having favourites I think all dogs in my grooming room should get treated the same💕❤️💕🐶
