The 4 legged lovelies that I share my life with!

Heldi - My beautiful, elderly girl who was left behind by her previous owners when she was young, but luckily for me and her, decided to move herself in with me and my dogs.

Florence- One of the most sensitive, but also clumsiest dogs I have ever known!

Honey- A sweet little character and my little shadow, who came to me through my work.

Henry and Arthur - The two best goaties ever who I have had since they were little kids! Both ridiculously stubborn. Arthur is the greedy one, Henry is the cuddly one!

Hi! 👋🏻
I thought as I have started this page, it would be nice to let you know a bit about the person behind Happy at Home Pet Care.

I’m Gemma and here are some facts about me!

1. My first own pets were two rats, called Daisy and Poppy, when I was 11. Sadly I am now allergic to rats

2. My favourite food is waffles with Nutella, banana and ice cream

3. If I could be anywhere in the world, it would be deep in the Amazon rainforest

4. I’ve grown up with animals all of my life, my first job was working in a kennels when I was 15

5. I am a Qualified, Registered Veterinary Nurse, have been nursing since 2002 and still work as a Vet Nurse a couple of afternoons a week

6. My family consists of one cat, two dogs, two guinea pigs, two goats and one small human

7. My favourite colour is purple

8. I love the gym, but hate cardio

9. Watching sunsets and sunrises make me so happy

10. I give all of my animals voices, so I can talk on their behalf and have been known to have conversations with them!
