DOG WALKING DONE THE RIGHT WAY - but what does it mean?

Below is a short rendition of what we do.

🐾 Bespoke walks based on owner’s requirements.
🐾 Understanding key bits of information about your loved one and their requirements so we don’t stress them out in situations that should and could be avoided.
🐾 Working out and understanding walks that the dogs get the most enjoyment from that is both physically and mentally stimulating.
🐾 No large groups of dogs on a walk so we are in control to ensure safety. Dog walkers can do their best however if they don’t have control over large groups, it only takes a few seconds for a situation to turn ugly. Unfortunately, we hear about these in the area regularly.
🐾 We don’t turn away unsociable dogs as we know for some clients, they may have rescued a dog which had a bad start at life. We have lots of clients that say it’s hard to find a reliable dog walker that will take their dogs on.
🐾 We help our clients socialise their dogs where they may be a rescue or not very friendly with one of our own dogs who is very good with nervous dogs.
🐾 Our walk time starts when we are on the route, this means we do travel to collect the dogs and travel to a different area for them to explore. So, the dog will get a FULL allocated time for walking.
🐾 We bend over backwards to assist our clients. There have been numerous occasions where a client hasn’t been able to let their pet out or has run late back from appointments and we would pop in for a relief break even if its just for 5 minutes, clients have tried to pay us for this which we haven’t accepted. Most of the time this is with little to no notice. We care about each and every dog that we walk, and we are happy to go the extra mile to make sure they are happy and comfortable.
🐾 We follow up after every walk with walk notes, this is a brief description of the walk, some photos and a GPS tracked route.
🐾 You may at times like we do, see some walkers with large vans just open the door and let large groups of dogs just run loose on a field.
🐾 Some walkers also walk with Children which is fine but if anything were to occur the first instinct would be to care for their child. We do not have this conflict of interest.

This post is NOT saying all other walkers are doing it wrong, we are just so passionate about what we do and want to highlight it! 🐾🐕🦮🐩

We are thrilled to introduce our fantastic new van! It's decked out with cozy dog beds in secure crates, complete with air vent and air con for continuous air flow, and guess what? It's got a fancy new makeover! Oh and a reverse cam still to be added for extra safety!
