A requirement of the council issued license, which all dog boarders must hold, is that a continued professional development plan must be in place. As part of this, I attended a maintenance grooming workshop held by Mucky Pups Dog Grooming. I had an exceptionally interesting session and learned a great deal.
Thanks go to Katie for imparting her vast knowledge: she really is one of the best in the business.
And of course, thank you to Murphy for being such a patient model.
