Changes to Local Weekly Van Delivery Service
August 2024
We would like to inform our valued customers about some changes to our local weekly van delivery service. Please take note of the following adjustments to our delivery schedule:
Monday Delivery (Derbyshire Run)
The orders originally scheduled to be delivered on Bank Holiday Monday 26th August will now be delivered on the Tuesday afternoon
(27th August). Please order as usual, the order deadline will remain as Sunday 11am. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
Ordering Process:
Despite these changes, we want to assure you that our ordering process remains the same. Please continue to place your orders as normal. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team.
Shop Hours:
Both Somercotes and Chesterfield stores will be closed Monday 26th August for the Bank Holiday.
Courier deliveries:
Any postal orders will not leave us until Tuesday due to the bank holiday Monday.

Candidates will need to be hardworking, enjoy working in a retail store and have experience of cash handling and processing deliveries and giving advice on Raw feeding and animal health in general.

Successful candidates are provided with on-the-job training and gain essential transferable retail skills.

If you are honest and reliable and take pride in what you do then we would love to hear from you!

Minimum Criteria To Apply:
A keen passion for animal health.
Demonstrate a good understanding of customer service and communication.
Experience of cash handling and working in a retail environment.
Experience of manual handling and stock replenishment, this can include a lot of heavy lifting please do not underestimate this role.
Hardworking, reliable and trustworthy.
Polite and professional.
Must have flexibility on hours and days at work (we work between the hours of nine till five at the store)

Candidate must be available to work Monday through to Friday plus two Saturdays a month.

This is a minimum wage position. Candidates need to be over the age of 21.
