After ten years working in London as a board-level, corporate PA, I recently moved to rural Northumberland with my husband and our two cats. I am on a mission to organise the world, one chaotic entrepreneur at a time. I’m a fixer by nature, resourceful and tenacious – qualities which stand me in good stead here at Big Sky PA. I had to think seriously about what success, contentment and peace of mi
nd meant to me. I love doing interesting, challenging work for interesting, challenging people in a dynamic, collaborative, forward-thinking culture. I also love my wilderness HQ, where I can be completely connected with my clients in a distraction-free work environment – so I created Big Sky PA. I work best with smart, demanding people. Professional challenges enable personal growth – and helping clients achieve their goals makes me happy. Setting up Big Sky has helped develop my skill set (try me – ask me to do something; I am an expert Googler) and moreover, has proved that I can make a difference in my clients’ lives. I respect the light-bringers, the disruptors and the mavericks – those odd people who walk to the beat of their own tambourine. This is why I enjoy working with entrepreneurs; creative thinkers who go against the grain, but who need that extra bit of organisation to enable their ‘flow’ and help them get back out under their own Big Sky. Caitlin Kendall worked as a Secondary School English Teacher for 10 years before joining Big Sky PA. She has taught at renowned schools in both the UK and Hong Kong and is the founder of Woodland Writers, an initiative which offers outdoor creative writing workshops. A big fan of social media, Caitlin contributes to our social media marketing strategy raising the profile of our company and clients. A busy working mum, she is a proficient multi-tasker, focused, efficient and organised with her eye on the goal. She is an engaging copywriter and blogger, always looking to bring her creative edge to a task. In her spare time, Caitlin has recently completed her MA in Creative Writing at Newcastle University and is currently working on her debut novel for Young Adults. She lives in Northumberland with her two children and three unnecessarily large dogs.
