Happy New Year Everybody 🫶🏻🫶🏻.

I decided a few weeks back that I wanted to make January a worthwhile month so I signed up to this 👇🏻👇🏻.. 31 minutes of exercise for the 31 days in January 🙂🙂. Raising money for Crohn’s and Colitis UK, a disease that’s close to home.

I started the new year strong with a very rainy 5k run this morning 💪🏻👟.
