I first met Tova when her owner booked my "Wolf Pup" package. This consisted of a block of five sessions.
The purpose of these sessions is to build up the confidence of your puppy with all the sights, smells, and equipment within the salon environment. The sessions are also there to build up a relationship between myself and your puppy as they need to trust me and feel safe in my company. Each session is led by your puppy and is always left on a positive note.
As a result of this package, Tova now feels comfortable enough to have a nap on my shoulder throughout her groom. For more information about the Wolf Pup Package, please drop me a message.

You may be thinking....what is going on here. Well let me explain.
Rabbits are prey animals and because of this they can become flighty when being handled incorrectly. Oliver (pictured) and Lindsay come to get their nails trimmed on a regular basis. Due to Oliver being a little more lively than Lindsay, he needs to have his eyes covered to feel safe.
So yes, it looks very odd but for him it's the safest way to trim his nails. I pride myself on working out what keeps each individual pet safe because no two animals are ever the same.
