✨️Happy 3rd Birthday to my buisness ✨️

I'm not sure many of you know where my buisness name came from since my name is actually Brooke 😂! It's based on my poodle Ruby who iv had since I was just 16 years old, shes my absolute soul dog and I could litrally never explain my love for her.🥰 and also from my wonderful 5 year old daughter 'Robyn Rose 🌹'. My great love of dogs started with Ruby, and when i had my daughter I knew I wanted a career I really loved and I sure found it! 🐾 So I was certain I wanted both my inspirations in my buisness name ❤️

3 years ago I went self employed and started Ruby Rose Dog Grooming, my buisness has grown tremendously since that day and I have all of you to thank for my success ❤️

I have the most wonderful customers majority of you are more like friends! I love my job so much and it's all of you guys and your amazing fur babies that make my job THE BEST! 💘

I'm sure most of you now know my little chihuahua Olive 🫒
On Thursday she went down to Leeds to see a specialist surgeon and had both of her back legs operated on🐾 unfortunately she had a condition called luxating patella which was very severe, this meant both of her back knees were permanently dislocated and one leg was very deformed 🥺.

It has been discovered at the age of 1 she already suffers from arthritis and will likely have problems throughout her whole life. She has a very long recovery ahead of her now but this will now give her a much better quality of life meaning she can run and play without pain ❤️ bone has been removed to give her knee space to go into the correct space and pins inserted to help with her deformity.

I have taken a little time off work to be with her, however she will be coming into the salon with me when we're back to work. The girls in the salon have been great adapting things to give olive her own space out the way🐶.

Hoping she recovers well now shes back home with us 🤞❤️ and praying some of that hair will eventually grow back 👀😆

⚠️⚠️⚠️-Gentle reminder how important insuring your dog is! This procedure would have cost me over 9 thousand pounds 😵‍💫 thankfully olive was insured so there was little to contribute towards fixing her. You never know when something will go wrong with your fur babies 💘
