Hard to believe 1yr has past already & what a guy vt is after this comeback was unbelievable just goes to show you can do anything if you put your mind to it 💙🏇🏼🏇🏼

A week today Victor Thompson will turn 81. Seven weeks ago he suffered compound fractures which required surgery to his leg. This morning he rode out 5 lots!

He trained his 1st winner in December 1971 at Cheltenham and is still going strong today.

What an incredible man! 🙌

The next P2P in the Northern Area is the Jedforest at Friars Haugh, Kelso on Sunday 19th January.

This features the Northern Area Feature Mixed Open Race, this year it will be run over 3m4f. Winning prize money is £1000.

The deadline for registering your Hunter Certificate is Noon on Thursday 9th January.
