Hi everyone, this is John from Kertek Plumbing & Heating. Just a quick message to say hello and update you all on the plan moving forward.
As you all know Chris has decided to move on to a new venture, meaning CopperCraft will no longer be trading. As a result, myself and Chris came to a mutual decision where I will take on his customer base. We are aiming to make the transition as easy as possible, so please bear with us.

CopperCraft Engineering is closing down.

After much deliberation, I will be moving onto a managerial role in a renewables company.
Unfortunately, my physical and mental health was not able to keep up with the fast paced atmosphere that we positioned ourselves in.
All of our staff will thankfully be moving with us and transitioning into the renewable heating sector.

I would like to thank everyone who took the time to tag us, reccomend us and supported us in any way, shape or form; thank you all for coming with us on this journey, we wanted to make a difference and help people, and I feel that we did succeed in this.

We will no longer be taking on any more work, and all booked in works will be completed.
Any invoices that haven't yet been sent, or paid, will be dealt with over the next few weeks.

Our phone lines will be set to redirect permanently to John at Kertek Plumbing & Heating. John, like me, lived in Four Marks for a long time, and his standard of work is as high as ours, we trust him, and he will happily be able to look after you.
Emails will only be monitored for invoicing sake.
For any warranty work, please contact John also.

We may return in the future, however, for now, this is everyone at CopperCraft Engineering signing off.

🌟 REMINDER 🌟

Good evening everyone,

This is a friendly reminder to let you all know that we will be out of the office from Friday 29th of September onwards. Our WhatsApp nor emails will NOT be monitored while we are away, however our landline will be in the safe hands of our trusted sub-contractors who will be able to assist you in case of emergencies.

Regrettably we also will not be able to accommodate any more scheduled work for the rest of the year.

This is a very difficult message to send out, as we really don't like letting people down. We are looking at options to continue to provide a top quality service for you all in the future.

However, we have since been flooded with phone calls and enquiries and with our current schedule already bursting at the seams, we regretfully won't be able to accommodate any more scheduled work for the rest of the year. Dear valued customers,

Between the 29th of September and the 22nd of October, Hannah and I will be away from the office to celebrate our marriage! 🥂✨

Our big day is set on the 15th of October, and we couldn't be more thrilled to embark on this new chapter of our lives together. 🤵👰 During this time, we'll be taking a well-deserved break to create beautiful memories and enjoy our honeymoon.

Rest assured, we have made arrangements to ensure that your needs are still taken care of. We have entrusted our phonelines for any urgent matters to our dedicated team of employees and contractors, They are well-prepared to handle any emergencies that may arise, providing you with the same level of support and assistance you've come to expect from us.

Hi All,

The office will be closed tomorrow (Friday 21st July.) It is a certain someone's birthday tomorrow, that someone is Chris! Chris and the team will be having a well deserved day off to celebrate🙂.

We are pleased to be sharing with you this recent transformation of a boiler and cylinder installation. The previous installer had left exposed cables, incorrectly supported pipework, cylinders and even the boiler bracket only had one screw in it.
To top it all off, the boiler installed, was not commisioned, registered, or signed off with Gas Safe!

We are pleased to announce that as of today our new phone systems are up and running!
We will be making adjustments over the coming weeks, however the biggest "adjustment" you will notice that your calls will now be handled by the fabulous Hannah!

Hannah will be taking on the roll of Administrator at CopperCraft Engineering HQ so will be dealing with many tasking, including call handling, scheduling & much more!

This is one of the many steps we are taking to ensure that enquiries get dealt with more effectively and efficiently.

What a year we have had - all thanks to our customers new and old.

Thank you all for your support with tagging, commenting and sharing our company across social media, I appreciate it more than many of you will ever know!

We are still working behind the scenes on improving response times and organisation - there is still big things on the horizon for this, with more staff & software to help deal with the volume of enquiries we recieve.
