Sam Taylor from our medicine team has chaired the 2025 iCatCare consensus guidelines on the diagnosis and management of diabetes mellitus in cats published this week. Enhance your physical examination skills and experience of neurology cases with Colin Driver and Jeremy Rose, both RCVS recognised Specialists and EBVS® European Specialists in Veterinary Neurology from Park Veterinary Specialists by attending their lecture ‘Top tips for spotting a neurological cause of lameness’.

This practical session is designed to support vets of all levels, whether you are in primary care practice or have a particular interest in small animal orthopaedics and neurology.

In this session you’ll gain knowledge of how to:
• Analyse the gait of lame animals looking for clues of neurologic dysfunction
• Use the neurologic examination to differentiate orthopaedic from neurologic cause of lameness
• Appreciate the medical and surgical options for managing common causes of neurogenic lameness
