It is with a heavy heart we announce that when our license expires at the end of the year Oakdene Cattery will be closing for a variety of reasons. I have loved looking after all your cats and thank you for trusting me to do so and supporting the cattery. I look forward to having a last summer of cuddles with many of your cats. 😻

Current residents all looking quite settled. Some of mine boarding too during renovations.

From 10th June it is now a legal requirement all cats are microchipped. Please make sure to book your appointment with your vet if they are not or you risk a £500 fine. This is also a good time to check your microchip details are up to date. Too many animals being found recently who are chipped but there are no details attached to chips as owners have not registered them and so unable to be reunited. If you need any advice on this please contact me.

The cattery is now closed while we take our winter break. Emails are still being monitored if you need to make a booking but availability is now limited. We reopen Friday 9th February 2024.

2024 Bookings
Spaces are filling up fast for next year with much of the summer already fully booked. With 2 more local catteries now closing next month we are now getting many enquiries from new customers. We value our regulars and want to look after as many as possible so if anyone is wanting spaces please get in contact.
