🐶 Peanut 🥜 .. The stunning ShihTzu!

✂️ Peanut’s Mummy is very specific about how she likes her fur baby, which I completely understand!
Because Peanuts Mum and Dad look after him so well between his grooms, means they can have him groomed just how they like.

🐾 They come all the way from Knutsford after trying various groomers! I’m so happy they settled with me because he is a delight to groom and I’m always so impressed with how he looks afterwards 🥰

✨ I’d like give a very special mention to Macca the Lhasa Apso.

🗓️ Macca came to PawPad for his first ever groom as a puppy on 28th May 2011 and has come every 7 weeks without fail since, that’s 12.5 years this lovely doggie has been coming.

🥰 For me personally, I’m unbelievably proud of the fact I’ve had a client for this long, who never lets me down, who comes rain or shine, who sends me a tip on Christmas Day.

🧐 I don’t think there are many businesses that could say they had retained a client for that long, it says alot about me, it also says alot about having loyal customers - Which I think is something we don’t see as much anymore.

Be more like Macca ❤️🐾🖤

‼️Attention - Deposits Now Being Taken‼️

I will now be taking a 50% deposit on bookings which is only transferable with more than 48hrs notice.
Less than 48hrs notice will result in loss of deposit.
A new deposit must then be paid to rebook.

After 13 whole years of never needing to, It’s sad that it has now become a necessity.
Due to a rise in people cancelling apps on the day or rudely not turning up (something I will never understand).
Being self employed is something not a lot of people will relate to, however I still have bills to pay just like everyone else.

I have to pay a deposit to secure my hair app, my nail app, to book a table in a restaurant etc and I wouldn’t dream of letting any of the above down.

Thanks for your understanding.

☀️ It’s been a very, very busy month here at PawPad. I can’t get over how crazy it’s been with this weather, I’m so grateful to my AMAZING clients for booking in and never letting me down.

🐶 Oscar the golden retriever, came to PawPad for a ‘Give the dog a throne’ treatment .. Oscar is a very big and extremely hairy double coated golden retriever .. He took a whopping 3 hours to do between me and very talented groomer that I work alongside for big dogs!
We had to give him 3 washes and condition 😅

Bruno the English Spaniel / Schnauzer mix had a ‘Woofly freshen up’ treatment and a little neaten up of his face and paws. With this treatment, time wise it is at the owners discretion.
