IMPORTANT- PLEASE READ.

a local groomers has warned all of us that a client of theirs was contacted via telephone- advising their dog needs to be booked in and pre payment is required due to being aggressive - this is not the case- luckily, the client contacted her groomer who confirmed this is a total scam. I'm trying to get the scammers number and will update when I receive it. Groomers will never call and ask you for full payment for no good reason but if you receive a call with this comtent- call your groomer before paying any money.

Just a quick reminder to all clients..
My last appointment of the day during the autumn and winter will be at 2pm. If a de matt is required,- 1.30pm as the nights are drawing in, I have to consider my own pet walking duties!

I hate to mention this word but there are 2 grooming appointments left until Tinsel day!!

I'm taking the next 2 grooming appointments up to December 20th and any availability left will be offered to new clients so- please book early to avoid unnecessary disappointment.
Text or WhatsApp me your best dates and times and I'll get you booked in. Non refundable Deposits of £20 will be taken on bookings of the week running up to the big day and will be redeemed on your groom. 48 hrs notice to cancel will be required as it's the busiest time of year and admin goes out of the window in favour of making sure as many of my dogs are ready for the holidays!!

Please let me know if you need to rearrange your bookings. As 8 groom 1-1, I lose the opportunity to fill slots at short notice which has a huge impact on my tiny business xx 24hrs minimum notice has always been asked which i feel is fair as I don't charge deposits or booking fees xx

Please can everyone ensure their dogs are fully up to date with vaccinations before booking an appointment for the coming 8 weeks.
Please help me keep Mabel's pups safe.

Just a little pupdate on Mabel's pregnancy progress!
She's really starting to show now, I clipped her short which is making me laugh a bit because she looks so disproportionate now and more like a chubby poodle after a covid home groom!! Kinder to her that she's not messed with too much but kills me to see her looking scruffy and unfinished- it's not about me though🤣 22 days left until utter chaos and me turning into a total neurotic !

May I ask though, if you feel your dog is unwell or is showing any signs of illness - please don't hesitate to inform me prior. I'd prefer to keep Mabel and her pups safe against lethal diseases and viruses.

With that being said, please let me know if your dogs aren't up to date with vaccinations - this is so important so I urge honesty please beforehand.
