We are so thrilled to congratulate our youngest EqueSoul, Summer, on passing the British Horse Society Stage 1 Care and Stage 1 Ride Exam at the youngest age allowed!

Her commitment to equine welfare and personal fitness at such a young age is deeply admired by all of us at EqueSoul and Team Eques. We are thrilled to honour this admirable young lady and everything she will bring to equestrian sport. Thank you for sharing your passion with us!

It’s someone’s birthdaaaaayyyy!!!

We’d like to say a great big Happy Day to You !!!

Most people don’t get to witness the effort and energy this lovely gents puts into our programming and client workouts. We’ve caught him many a time, spending over an hour just prepping and researching on behalf of a client and their individual physical needs.

So today, we would like to make sure all of you know just how much we appreciate Paulo and his passion for fitness.

A big shout out to Julie and the team for opening their doors to us! We were thrilled to host our first client session at our new location in Penn Street yesterday 💪🏼♥️🙌🏋️‍♀️🐴🐎

We feel an immense amount of gratitude to all who have helped us get this far. We will be sharing more about these people an organisations over the coming weeks as we update our class list and turn on our equestrian fitness app for public testing.

You can do it - you can.

You got up and dusted yourself off last time and you can do it again this time.

Equestrians know how to do this - YOU know how to do this. So shake it off, coach yourself as gently as you would coach others. Go again, and again, and again. Eventually, you will surpass the resistance and the outcome will be ever so sweet.

If those of us who love horses know anything, it’s that persistence will eventually deliver results. Stay disciplined friends.
