And a successful natural cover for a girl I did the ovulation testing for. The proof is in the the pudding as they say.

You do not (unless your doing frozen) need to do blood testing. Cytology is accurate and perfect for nearly all breeding sinarios.

Great news for a girl that was confirmed in pup.

She has a history of not getting pregnant so they upon the request of the stud owner traveled a few hours over to me to do the ovulation testing.

2 girls in for ovulation testing this week where their husbands to be were novices. The breeders both owned the boys but we tested to ensure the studs would be accepted, build confidence and not be put off by being snapped at.

I spoke to the breeders about the regime of covering their first girls/ how to train and handle an upcoming stud.

Not all boys are naturals, it takes time.

Both I'm happy to report got natural breedings 💪.

Iv just updated the colour chart of the colours I have available for puppy collars/ lanyards and show leads.

The numbers will have changed so if you are ordering to replace/ upgrade a set of collars please double check this chart first.

Another busy and hot day here Stellar star, first a few ovulation tests,

Girl 1, day 7, estimated breeding window day 9 and 11
Girl 2 day 14 estimated breeding window day 15/16
Girl 3 day 10 estimated breeding window day 13-15
Girl 4 day 16 estimated breeding window day 16-18

Then finished off with a clear out and check of a stud to make sure he is still good to be used.
