Welcoming buddy!
Buddy is joining pippins for afternoon socialisation walks to help calm his nerves towards other dogs, within 2 sessions we can already see his confidence growing around the other pooches ❤️

A goodbye walk for maple, maple who has been part of the Walks 'n' More and pippins lunchtime team for some time now is moving away to new adventures so we hosted a session for all of her buddies!

Thank you to Murphy,Arlo,Lana,maple,Charlie and teddys owners for letting them join for an evening of fun ☺️

Some appreciation for the progress Lana and Arlo have made since being part of the pippins pack!

When Arlo first came to pippins he struggled with being a bit nervous in our groups and selective hearing when it came to recall, since being with us Arlo has come leaps and bounds he now socialises with all sorts of dogs, small and large! He’s learnt boundaries and how to play with dogs of all different play styles ❤️ his recall has become 10/10 and he can now be offleash in any situation with no worry of him going to visit other dogs on their walks or finding a distraction to chase 🐾

Lana joined us as a puppy and had very similar worries she could be nervous with the bigger dogs and definitely didn’t want to come back to us against distractions! Lana has come on leaps and bounds and can now come out and play with the larger dogs which she loves and can be offleash in all sorts of areas meaning lots more adventures ❤️

The importance of creating a bond with the dogs i walk is extreme to me and it’s because of these strong bonds that I can continue to help them reach their full potentials!!

Starting in secure fields using lots of play and treats, progressing to long line walks and quiet areas to finally see the pay off and exploring the most beautiful places. Watching the dogs come out of their shells and enjoying our walks is the most rewarding part of my job!

The amazing side of structured socialisation, patience and building a bond ☺️

Well done to Arlo and Lana and ofcourse their wonderful owners for how far they have come ❤️

Adventure #1 a walk to pets corner for this weeks snacks! Lana chose 2 pigs ears, a goats milk chew, a duck chew and a yak chew ☺️ I think she would’ve had the shop if she could 😆🐾

YOUR FURRY FRIENDS WILL HAVE A TRACKER, DOG TAGS, AND ACCESS TO VARIOUS EQUIPMENT TO ENSURE THEIR SAFETY AND ENJOYMENT DURING WALKS!

AVAILABLE SLOTS:

• Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons: medium-small sized dog groups
• Friday mornings: puppy and young dog socialization group
• Thursday lunchtime: medium to large breed group
• Thursday mornings: small breed group
It’s rare we have the opportunity to offer such a range of open slots to new or existing customers so we are excited that we can!

On Saturday we spent the day in the new forest with Bella beagle ☺️ she adored paddling in the water and watching the horses! She even decided she wanted to be one of them and joined them in munching on some grass 😆
