Tedworth Park is one of the oldest polo clubs in the country, having originally been the home of military polo for many glorious years since 1907. Set in the beautiful grounds of Tedworth Park, the club is today celebrated as one of the leading low goal clubs in the country. Our membership comes from all walks of life and enjoys superb facilities in a happy and relaxed atmosphere at a competitive

cost. We are part of The Armed Forces Equine Charity and heavily rely on their support and the support of The Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust and The Invictus Games Foundation to deliver much of our military and Veterans polo. We provide masses of polo for civilians, students, pony club, and military, throughout the grass and arena season, and have lessons running all year round. Club Information

One final bumper weekend of polo to see off our 2024/25 arena season! We hosted an Instructional Tournament over both Friday and Saturday, and then had our final club chukkas followed by bubbly and nibbles on Sunday 🥂 Coaching will continue in the arena until the 30th March, we will then have a short break until we kick off the grass season with coaching commencing on the 9th April. ☀️ We look forward to welcoming back our members soon!

Today marked Lolly’s last day working at TPPC. She came to the club 5 years ago and has been a fantastic coach and asset to TPPC. She juggled coaching alongside her part time role as an Events Manager at her other job, as well as organising and running the management of the Rundle Cup, and helping Flic with management in the office.

Lolly’s passion for coaching meant she has a loyal following of pupils who are very sad to see her go. She has been a fantastic advocate of teaching those to ride for polo as well as developing key polo shots and skills, with many of her students starting from scratch to now playing chukkas and matches.

Lolly has accepted a full time position as the Events Manager at an award winning business in Somerset which is much closer to her home with her fiancé, whom she met here at TPPC! She is kindly staying on as Rundle Cup Organiser which she will manage remotely in her spare time. We hope to still see her here playing on weekends and we wish her the very best for her big future plans!

A military group made up of players from the Royal Armoured Corps enjoyed their two day course last weekend. 🐎 All of them have previously played some polo so this weekend was focussing on building on the skills they already have, looking at improving their horsemanship and riding, skills on the ball, refreshing some of the rules and tactics and finishing with a very fast final chukka, with David scoring a 2 pointer on Dude!

We offer bespoke weekend courses throughout the winter and we will be releasing our summer set course dates soon for individuals wishing to sign up!

📣 For the first time ever in Rundle Cup history, yesterday just after midday we sold out of Top Bank Private Pitches for the 2025 Rundle Cup! That’s just 24 hours after they went on sale!!! We have also sold 50% of Far Side Pitches so if you want your own picnic slot be sure to snap up the last few. All Unit Pitch enquiries need to be emailed directly to [email protected] 🏆

What a fantastic display of 12 goal polo we had for the TopSpec Tournament exhibition game yesterday! It was wonderful to see so many supporters come along to celebrate the opening of the new arena surface. Congratulations to Bagber House Farm who beat Seriously Cool Events 20-15 in a very close and thrilling game!
