Christmas Closing & Opening Dates

Morning everyone, just hopping on the bandwagon and want to let you all know our Christmas Closing & Opening Dates.

We will be closed as of 1pm Saturday 21st December until Monday 6th January.

This will give us a chance to catch up on outstanding work, admin and machine maintenance.
Rugs that are currently in will continue to be delivered.

If you have an emergency, please contact me and we can sort something out ☺️

We try relly hard to be understanding of your situations, however, before we have to pass these on to our accountants to (firmly) chase, we are giving this one last ditch attempt to recover outstanding balances.

It’s come to my attention that many invoices are going through to SPAM folders on emails 🤦‍♀️
Could I please ask for you to check and mark as ‘Safe’ going forward?
This is so invoices aren’t slipping through the net and causing confusion, missing payments etc.

I am aware I’m a little behind on invoicing so will be getting them out to everyone asap. Our ‘busy’ time seems to have been everyday for as long as I can remember 😆 very grateful as always, however I know I need to get admin done too - thank you for your patience as always 💛

‼️**The Rug Wizard will be shut for important building work from Monday 3rd July until Monday 17th July** ‼️

We have been waiting for a very long time to hear from our landlords when the builders will be in to do some very (very!) much needed work to the property.

We received notice yesterday that we won’t be able to physically do any work during this time.

If rugs come in over the next few days, if urgent, I will get them back to you. If not, they will be done ASAP.

Apologies for any inconvenience during this time.

Hello everyone! We’re hoping we can get on tomorrow and start the big catch up after 2 weeks of no repairing or washing! Still lots of work for the builders, however we can now use the workshop and it’s back to work for the machines! 🙌😬
