Just reminding people of my cancellation policy. I know sometimes life can get very busy but I can’t keep losing out on my wage. I will be putting my foot down a little more with this. Thank you ☺️💗

‼️ Cancellation policy ‼️

Hello everyone! I don’t like to do this but over the last few weeks I’ve had a lot of last minute cancellations/ no shows. Since I first started my little business I have never had a cancellation policy In place. I have just brushed off any cancellations and worked around them, losing out on a lot of money ☹️Ever since having Freddie it has now made me realise I need to have something in place to cover the loss of no shows/ last minute cancellations. From now on if you cancel within 24 hours of your dog’s appointment I will ask for 50% of the appointment cost. If I do not receive the fee I will not be able to rebook your dog’s appointment until received. I understand sometimes you forget or have a lot going on but I have a little family to provide for now and I can’t afford to lose out anymore.
