Introducing Storm, from the same portrait session as with Martha. The aim was to capture Storm doing her Zebedee sight hound party trick, which involves hopping clear of the crops, long grass etc like a Kangaroo. She wasn't quite in the mood for it, but we did manage to capture a few springs.

It's been a long old time since my last post, I didn't realize just how long, I've barely even mentioned our ridiculous, dreamlike trip to Lapland in January. There's a clear reason for that though, which I'll be able to mention with a post after mid-June. In the meantime, here's a picture of Ted as I get my eye in and refresh a few settings, ready for an action pet portrait session tomorrow morning. It's been so long I'm really looking forward to it.

Like some extra wind with your photo madam? The weather was such a .....on Thursday, but despite its efforts, everyone had a great day and we still got some good photos. Stuart and Kayleigh were so patient and understanding and were a joy to work with, the whole day was such a pleasure.

This week I will mostly be trying to get in the zone for my first official wedding for 4 years, after the rigours of the covid era and starting a new day job. I'm definitely really looking forward to it, but at the same time it's also my first wedding wearing glasses, which has definitely added to my nerves. I really can't wait to spend a whole day taking photos again.
