As we prepare to say goodbye to Dyneziner Dogs Daycare, we want to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude to all of you—our wonderful customers and their furry friends—who have been part of this incredible journey.

As we have just over a week left of 2024 for us, we would just like to remind you all of our cancellation policy

If you need to cancel please let us know as soon as possible, any appointments cancelled with less than 72 hours but more than 24 hours has a 50% cancellation fee.

24 hours or less or a no show, will be a 100% cancellation fee of appointment.

This needs to be paid before rebooking in the a New Year 😊

If you need a reminder of your booking day or time, please send us a message.

Important Announcement 🐾

It is with a heavy heart that we announce that our daycare will be closing its doors permanently on 20th December 2024. After much consideration, we’ve made the difficult decision to close our doggy daycare services.
We want to express our deepest gratitude to all of our amazing clients and their furry friends who have trusted us with their care over the years. It has been an absolute joy watching your dog’s grow and thrive, and we are so thankful for the opportunity to have been a part of their lives. 🐕💖
We will be accepting bookings until 20th December, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need to make arrangements before our closing date.
We are throwing a farewell party on Friday 20th December, and we hope to see you all there for the last hurrah.
Please note that this does not affect our grooming services, and we hope to see you all there.
Thank you again for your support and loyalty. We will miss you and your pets dearly, and we wish you all the best in the future.

As we are coming into our busiest time of the year we would like to remind you all of our cancellation policy

Over the past two weeks alone we have lost out on £300+ due to cancelled and missed appointments. This might not seem like much but to a small business it is a lot. Its someone's wage for the week or a few bills being paid.

If you don't show for your appointment all future appointments with us will be cancelled until the fee has been paid in full.

We hope you all understand our reasoning behind this! Thanks for your continued support,
