Just a reminder, especially in the run up to Christmas🎄
I am fully booked until then, so would much appreciate if clients could double-check messages for dates and times of your booked appointments, and make sure they still suit. Even set a reminder on your phone for it😉 I can add anyone not booked to my cancellation list and try and squeeze you in if anything comes up💕

🚫Late cancellations and no shows will be asked a 50% fee to cover the cost of my loss of work.

Hi Everyone!
A post I wanted to avoid having to do, but it's becoming too much of a regular occurance; and isnt fair on myself, or other customers that are waiting 3-4 weeks on appointments😢

From September, any late cancellations within 24 hours or failure to show up, will now be asked to pay 50% of their appointment fee.
I hope you all understand, and I am forever grateful for your continued support of The Shed🩵
