Some of you may wonder 🤔 what do we do when it's hot ?
Luckily this is an old building and it's solid brick it's also in the shade under the arch so we avoid all direct sunlight, we also have 3 air coolers in the salon plus an industrial fan and extractor system which sucks out the hot hair , we are bringing in ice for the water bowls and have a stone floor which even without a cooling mat stays cool . Our dryers are on low heat and water is on tepid /cool. So far this is working and all is OK 👍 if it gets too hot we will contact any affected appointments. As you all know by now , try to avoid walking your dog on pavements, walk first thing or last thing when it's cooler , you can buy cool mats most places now for reasonable prices , putting ice in water bowls helps keep water cool, you can get dog paddling pools or just a rinse off with cool water helps.
