We stayed in the campervan in Edale for a couple of nights and did two big walks with Kippy.

Day 1. We did a lovely 10.5mile walk from Edale over to Castleton and back 🫶🐾

So June ended on a high, I raised over £500 for Macmillan Cancer Support by walking the Yorkshire Dales 26 mile Mighty Hike. It was tough going, especially the hill at mile 20 in the rain 😬 but i NEVER GAVE UP!!! 💪🏅💚

Kippy enjoyed her weekend in the van with us and meeting me at my pitstops 🐶🐾🦴

So thank you to everyone who kindly donated to this wonderful cause it means a lot 💚🩷🌿🐾🦴

Awww, it was a lovely morning with Emma & Meredith from Oldfields Farm - dog friendly holiday cottage Derbyshire. We love Dimmingsdale here at Kipcakes Dog Bakery.

We often walk from Ellastone, drop down onto the old track at Denstone and follow it down to Dimmingsdale to Ramblers Retreat for a coffee and a bite to eat 😋🩷🐾🌿

Definitely not sorry to see the back of February. We've had the lurgy here, so been feeling a little under the weather recently 🤒

When going on holiday with your dogs, is a large and fully enclosed garden important? At Oldfields Farm our garden is HUGE, fully enclosed with at least 4ft fencing, is directly accessible from the cottage, is exclusively for you so you don't have to share, has a heated breeze house and a brick BBQ.

*One bedroom cottage with king sized bed
*Converted farm buildings just outside Ashbourne and the Derbyshire Peak District
*EXCLUSIVE USE our large fully enclosed garden (minimum 4ft fencing all around)
*A games room and laundry room
*2 any size or 3 small dogs for a one off £10 charge
*We provide throws so dogs can join you, locally made dog treats and an indoor doggy shower room
*Welcome basket featuring scones, jam, clotted cream, milk and eggs from our hens
*Optional extras like flowers, chocolates, massages in the cottage and gin tastings!
*Countryside village walks from the door and close to fabulous walks like Dovedale Stepping Stones and the Tissington Trail
