I offer individual or group dog walking or drop ins. Fully insured, CRB checked, certifications and First Aid trained. I have grown up with animals of all shapes and sizes; from fish, gerbils, ducks and rabbits to cats and dogs. There is nothing I love more than walking with my dog Max. I have always had dogs in my life, all of them rescues. Even with my career that took me around the world, there
was nothing more satisfying and grounding than going for a walk with my beloved dogs. (Yes, they had to come around the world too!)
Since leaving the rat race to have my family; I have volunteered with Dogs Trust Dog School, Canine Partners and worked with Dog First Aid. In my spare time, I find myself looking after more and more friends and families pets. Loving every minute, I might add! My last girl, a Ridgeback-cross, was super nervous and reactive around other dogs. She found going for a walk really stressful. This was the main reason I volunteered at Dogs Trust Dog School to learn as much as I could to help make walks more fun and relaxing for her. The change in her was amazing, she even managed to make friends! Her last few years were so much happier: she even got excited about going for a walk. This spurred me on to learn more and more about dogs, and the more I learn, the more I want to spend time with them. I then found myself with the wonderful Max. Every day with him is an absolute joy, he is our world. He loves walking and meeting new friends as much as I do. A match made in heaven, you might say! And so, Walks With Max was born...
Now fully qualified with the IMDT as a dog trainer.
