I’ve been a keen cyclist ever since I bought my first road bike back in 2011 to compete in Triathlons and take on charity challenges. Having always done my own work on my and the family’s bikes I have gained valuable skills and useful knowledge on the way. After the introduction of two puppies (Bruce & Indy) into our lives in 2021 we realised they were going to need more of our time than we predicted. One of us would need to spend more time at home. With the exciting opportunity to start something of my own and do something I love, I gladly accepted the challenge... and B & I Cycles was born. Shifting problems Solved! This gear cable spool from is a direct replacement to the SRAM part. CNC machined out of aluminium it's much more durable than the original plastic part. It can also be combined with a Ratio 12 speed ratchet to upgrade SRAM 10 speed road shifters to 12 speed! No need to scap your 10 speed shifters! Upgrade them to 12 speed!

A much needed Gold Service completed! ✨️
This Scott Scale came in absolutely covered in mud which was hiding many issues.
We've replaced and upgraded the rear cassette, replaced the chain and front chainring, replaced the bottom bracket, rerouted the brake hose correctly, replaced the headset bearings, cleaned out the old tyre sealant and replaced with fresh holeshot biofibre and sorted out an issue with lockout on the FOX grip damper.
All finished off with Super Resin Polish and Ceramic Protection.

Can you remember the last time your suspension was serviced? FOX recommend that air cans and lower legs are serviced every 30hours of riding..... RockShox recommend it's done every 50hours.
As they're one of the most expensive parts of your MTB, it's worth giving them some TLC.
