Crafty Corner Shop Crafty Corner is a non profit fundraising shop located at the Retreat Animal Rescue in High Halden. All our lovely artists are friends of The Retreat.

We sell arts and crafts by small businesses celebrating their talents and achievements.

A very happy Saturday morning from our most wonderful Miss Rosa. Lucky for her she was born with an extra toe on both back hooves so got to come to us. She’s just the sweetest and was the last foster child of our amazing Princess the cow.

Here’s our beautiful girl Angel. This wonderful lady was first rescued by her “guardian Angel “ many years back. Sadly over the years Angels mum became poorly and suffered two strokes. Even worse was that the dust from hay and straw was a contributing factor stopping Angels mum from getting better.
Eventually the sad reality that Angel could no longer stay with her mum was devastating.
We don’t usually accept equines from the public because our work only covers neglected and abandoned animals.
Our team made the exception and Angel arrived with us. This was definitely the right decision for all parties.

Meet some more of the @crafty_corner269 family ❤️ Jack and Jill are reasonably old and Jack needs a little TLC, so we’ve made him and his sister a cosy house next to ours. He gets to graze all day and cozy up under the heat lamp in his house. Pigs love their comfort which is why we are trying to raise the money to improve the Driveway Pigs enclosure so please visit our online shop as all the profit goes towards them.
