Good Morning!

We are currently FULLY BOOKED 11 WEEKS AHEAD, so I recommend, if you can, to please book a couple of appointments in advance to avoid any disappointment in the future. Also due to being so busy we are unable to take on any NEW clients at the moment, sorry for any inconvenience. We will try our best to keep your dogs groom on its regular time scale but at this moment in time it may go over by a few weeks.
If you can, please book ahead.

Good Morning,

The M20 coast bound is closed today, between junctions 10a and 11. This is causing very long queues through Sellindge from the Ashford direction. If you feel you are going to have trouble getting to your dogs appointment today please give me a call and we can see if we can rearrange to another day for you.

❗️There is a small change coming to Little Oast Dog Grooming!❗️

We are catching up with the times and moving from paper diaries 📔 to digital diaries 💻 which will enable confirmation and reminder texts for future appointments. We are also having to update and ensure we have all the correct details for you and your pooches 🐶 so we will be asking for new customer care cards to be filled in and signed 🖊 when you arrive for your next appointment.

‼️Customer notice ‼️

PRICE INCREASE effective from 1st of January 2022.

Over the years I have done my best to keep prices as affordable as possible and, as a result, have not increased prices in the 7 years I’ve been here but, as many of you are aware, cost of electricity, water, insurances, equipment, equipment servicing and products have increased this, in turn, means I am now having to increase the prices of grooms by £5.

I appreciate your understanding and continued custom.

Good morning, PHONE LINE UPDATE ☎️

Lines are currently still down 👎🏼 an engineer is looking at the problem right now so fingers crossed all back up and running soon!

Turns out I’ve had no phone line since 30th June but due to me being away until yesterday I had no idea so, if you have left any messages in the last week and I have not got back to you, I do apologise as I am NOT receiving any calls or messages on the phone.

Good morning, just so you are all aware, I am currently having trouble with my phone line and internet so I am unable to receive any calls or voicemails (although you can still leave a voicemail I am not receiving them). I’m trying to get this sorted as soon as possible but in the meantime messaging me on Facebook or Instagram would be best.

Five cocker spaniel puppies have been stolen from their kennel at a property in Denton, near Canterbury.
The five-week-old pups were taken between 9am and 4pm on Tuesday. Two are black and three are chocolate brown coloured.
Kent Police is appealing for information.

Today is Little Oast Dog Grooming’s 6th Birthday!

Can you believe it?! 6 years already!
Thank you to everyone who has supported us over the years, we wouldn’t be here without you all, we really cannot thank you enough!

Morning everyone, I hope you are all keeping well!

As much as I would love to be at work grooming all your dogs, unfortunately I am still currently closed due to the lockdown restrictions 👎🏼. I am not clear yet as to when I’ll be allowed back to work properly but I will continue to see any dogs for welfare reasons as I have been already. If
You are concerned about matting or a skin condition for example please do get in touch.
Please find below the current guidelines issued on 15th January which clearly state “grooming only for genuine welfare” and that it is sadly “NOT business as usual”. I hope to get back to work very soon and I’ll update again when I know and I’ll start to contact you all to get your dogs booked back in.

Thank you again for your continued support and patience during these times, I can’t wait to get back to it!

UPDATE - Thankfully this dog has now been found! Thank you everyone for sharing and looking!

⚠️ Missing dog - we have had a call this evening from a very worried owner who has lost her male border terrier in the woods behind Lympne Castle around 4-4.30pm today. If anyone spots him please contact us or your local practice. He is microchipped and the details are up to date he also has a collar on with a tag. Please share ⚠️
