On a cold wet day in June we have had the best post! a fantastic pile of wonderful knitting sent in from Janet Smallridge - THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I love them all!
They are all going to be available in the September Auction.

Welcome to our Mini Christmas Charity Auction of hand knitted dog jumpers and snoods in aid of Celia Cross Greyhound Trust. The Auction will run from 10am - 3pm Saturday 15th December - bids must be placed in the comments, any bids before 10am and after 3pm GMT won’t be valid. Payment will be made via a dedicated Paypal Page and please ADD postage £3.50 for UK and £12.45 for overseas - and INCLUDE your ADDRESS on the payment page - this helps us to get the items out to the winning bidders the quickest way.

It’s just 2 days until our Mini Christmas Auction goes live on our Redhound page - we have around 30 lots, jumpers, snood and just one hat!
We are running it from 10-3 on Saturday so please put it in your diary and please share with your whippet friends - all the jumpers and snoods will fit whippets of various sizes.
All the proceeds will go to CELIA CROSS GREYHOUND TRUST - let‘s make this a success so we can send them a lovely gift of ££££’s for Christmas!

I’m going live on my Redhound page tomorrow evening 7-8 pm to talk you through the lots and answer any questions.

~Mini Christmas Jumper Auction~

Sorry for the silence since the last auction in September - my knitters are busy knitting for Celia Cross Greyhound Trust now, and we are hosting a mini Christmas Jumper auction on our main Redhound for dogs page on Saturday 15th December - there won't be lots of jumpers and snoods so competition will be on, so save the date!!

George and I want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who bid in our auction helping to raise an amazing £4300 for Galgos del Sol to help fund a new puppy kennel.

Wow wow wow huge thanks to Whippet Up and redhound for dogs for doing a knitting auction to benefit GDS. The money will go towards the new puppy area which we are currently fundraising for. The whopping £4300 that they donated is sure going to make a big BIG difference. Thank you everyone who organised it and to those that participated 😍 many paws closer to starting the build 💪🙏

I'm going to have a go at selling the last of the lots today - mostly snoods but a few jumpers and one special entry from me.....feel free to share if you think any of your friends missed out last time!

There are just 10 lots that didn’t sell in last weekends auction - 8 snoods & 2 beautiful Italian Greyhound / Dachshund sized jumpers.
PLEASE let’s see if we can get these lots sold and raise a few more pennies for Galgos del Sol

Well, what an exciting weekend it was! The auction page went live on Facebook at midnight on Friday and ran until 9am Monday morning with bidding consistent throughout the weekend. I had rather stupidly organised to do our Autumn Happy Hound Day on Sunday so I had to pack up the car and travel over....
