Full groom: first visit for this boy, previously had a bad groom experience so he’s not been to a groomer for a while and i was warned he was reactive but I took it slow, gave him fuss and breaks, lots of reassurance and patience and he managed really well especially as he was quite matted so had to go short as well. All over me afterward which is great as shows we are still friends and can carry on building a relationship.
