One of the things groomers pick up on sometimes and hopefully in time is this strange rash, common in poodles and poodle crosses but can happen to any breed. It’s like small bruises all over the skin and easily seen on the abdominal area.
It’s called thrombocytopenia ! It means there is an issue with the dogs blood clotting.
An emergency visit to a vet can save your dogs life if we suspect it - but always get it checked if it’s flagged - better safe than sorry.
