Cancellations & No Shows

Please give a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

I have been very understanding, but unfortunately I can't afford to keep losing out on income, as I still have fees and bills to pay.

I pay for my son to attend breakfast club as well as after school club to accommodate appointments, and I still have expenses to pay, so I'm losing money when appointments are missed.

There will be a late cancellation and no show fee of 50% of the groom price if you do not give 48 hours notice, or just don't turn up at all. I've been absorbing 100% of the cost for missed appointments, so this will mean I still cover 50% on my side.

I will also require a deposit to rebook your next appointment. This will be taken off the cost of the groom and is non refundable if you don't provide a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel.

I don't want to have to put this in place, but I'm averaging a full day of dogs per week cancelling, and I'm turning away other customers that have understandably gone elsewhere. If that continues I won't be able to afford to keep running, which isn't fair to my other customers that turn up every 6-8 weeks without fail!
