As gates closed to visitors last night the team sprung into action to install the Animal Bricktacular around our 100-acre zoo!! 🦒🚜👷‍♂️

These adverts and tickets are FAKE and are in no way affiliated with Twycross Zoo.

Please do not attempt to purchase tickets or share your personal data with this site as it is not legitimate and you will not receive tickets to Twycross Zoo.

The page has also been impersonating other zoos across the UK, please spread the word to help others!

👩‍❤️‍💋‍👨 Meet Twycross Zoo's newest couple... a pair of critically endangered red-fronted macaws

🦜 We're so excited to welcome this brand-new vibrant duo to the zoo

🐣 In the wild there are less than 300 red-fronted macaws remaining, so we're working with zoo's across Europe to help save them and we hope once they've settled in we'll see some chicks hatch

Our European pond turtles have got a new home in the zoo! 🐢

🦩 These cool creatures used to live in the flamingo pond, but now they have a pad of their own

☀️ During the day they love to bask, so you'll often spot them catching some rays on the rocks and logs in their pond, but keep your eyes peeled, they blend in well

📍 Look out for them on your next visit inbetween the Vicuña and Sumatran tiger habitats

🍊 Not long after the arrival of our first bright orange baby, the team were delighted with the birth of another endangered François’ langur at Twycross Zoo

🐵 On your next visit, you might spot the two starting to turn black like the adults, and beginning to explore away from their mums, working on their jumping and climbing skills

A message from our CEO about The Gruffalo Discovery Land...

👷‍♂️ In order to carry out essential refurbishments, we will be temporarily closing The Gruffalo Discovery Land

🤔 After reviewing your feedback and assessing the area ourselves, we've noticed that some parts of experience don't meet the high standards we set for Twycross Zoo

❤️ We understand this might disappoint some of our younger visitors and families, but it is crucial for enhancing your overall experience. We appreciate your support, understanding and patience as we work hard to bring these improvements to life

📆 The Gruffalo Discovery Land will be closed from Tuesday 7 May. Reopening on Saturday 25 May 2024
