Our online booking has been updated to allow you to select a particular staff member again when selecting a slot. You will automatically be offered a space with the last groomer you had, so watch the video below to see how you can swap staff and quickly check all of our availability to pick whatever suits you best 😊
We are currently booked 6 weeks ahead with a long cancellation list, so please book in advance 🫣
I will be back off maternity leave in April and will be working Tues, Weds and Thurs, alternative Sat and the occasional Fri whilst my boy is still so young.

This weekend I have been busy transferring everybody’s data across to our NEW ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM 👀
❤️ The new system will ask you to sign our Terms and conditions and enter your card details the first time you book with us. After that, you no longer have the hassle of constantly filling these things out every time you book.
❤️ The system will take you to the next available appointment with either myself or Nyesha. You then have the option of closing the arrow on the right and selecting your preferred date- the little green dots under each date indicate any available appointments for each day (left-me, right-Nyesha).
❤️ Our new reminder text will be sent TWO days before with a message asking you to confirm (Y) or cancel (N).
❤️ If you are already part of our family, all you have to do is enter the mobile number on our records and all your information will be ready to go- no need to sign up again! 😍
