Looking for a way to play ball with your dog that is easier on the joints? 🥎🦴

Playing ‘Find it’ with a ball, involves asking for your dog to sit and wait while you either throw or hide the ball. Next, you use a release cue for them to go find and retrieve the ball. You can also do these with any items your dog finds valuable; treats or toys etc! 🧸

Playing ‘Find it’ with the ball allows your dog to use their nose and taps into their in**ed need to search, hunt and retrieve. It can also be very useful for those senior doggies that need to take it easy but still want to have fun playing with a ball! It also strengthens your pooches impulse control and helps you practice your wait command! ✋

Incorporating ‘Find it’ into play time with your dog, prevents them from repetitively running at full speed, stopping, jumping and twisting - which could lead to negative effects on their joints down the line. 🐕

And is guaranteed to help leave your dog feeling mentally tired and happy 🥳

🥳 Happy 1st Birthday to Paws Outdoors 🥳 The first video is a clip from my first official walk on 12th April 2023. To be able to look back on it from a position where my business is now fully fledged and thriving, makes me so emotional 🥲 I didn’t know if it would take off back then, but here I am today, running my own little business that makes me so proud. Out of all my achievements, it’s the first one so far that has made me truly happy. Behind the scenes I am continuously seeking to learn more, and completing courses to enhance my canine knowledge and experience. I am so excited for what the future holds for Paws Outdoors. Thank you to those who have followed and supported my journey; amazing clients, family and friends. I am forever grateful. I could’ve uploaded so many more videos if I had more than 60 seconds, but here’s a snippet of 2023-2024! Such happy little furry faces to be around every single day 🤎🐶
