Loved looking after this girly whilst her owners got married yesterday 🥰 Picked her up from the venue after being part of their special day, then home for dinner and cuddles for the evening 🐶 I'm hoping I get to see some of her professional photos as she looked so adorable with her flower collar on 😍

Enrichment in summer☀️🐾😎 With this warm weather continuing, I thought I'd share a reel of some of the enrichment ideas that I use. You can entertain your dogs brain without having to take them for a walk! Treat toy Filled with a few of Peppers normal biscuits. Allows her to figure out how to get each biscuit out, only about 3 minutes to get the food but then she played with the toy for ages after. Lickimat Plain/low fat yoghurt, honey and some little treats on top for textures. This kept Pip entertained for 20minutes. It's an easy lickmat and others are available depending on what your dog likes (can be used for other animals too) Treat ball Bumbles normal biscuits inside, he has to roll it round to get the treats out, small amount of movement but lots of brain work! Snuffle mat Filled with brocoli, courgette, fish skin cubes and some of his normal biscuits. Scrumpy loved foraging to get the food out. Over 20minutes of sniffing/foraging Fruit bobbing Adding cucumber, courgette and strawberry's to the water, really encourages drinking and keeping pets hydrated, especially in this really hot weather 💦other fruits/veggies can be used. Watermelon 🍉 is a good fruit for the warm weather too (seeds and rind removed) Yeti toy Fill with the microwavable nuggets, microwave, allow to cool and let your pup enjoy. This is one of Peppers favourite ever toys and it lasts her absolutely ages too! If you're worried about your pet gaining weight then use some of their daily allowance of food instead of extra snacks. All of these enrichment ideas can be adjusted to suit your pets needs/likes.
